CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
“I have been practicing Yoga on and off for the past 10 years at various studios around the United States. Although I have always felt a connection to and respect for the practice I often felt as though something were missing. When I began practicing with Nicole I immediately noticed her attention to alignment and the students’ individual needs. Each class began and flowed throughout with a sort of rhythm that provided compassion, non-judgment, and space to find strength and peace. This is the kind of environment I had been craving to practice in and I am so very grateful to Nicole for filling in that missing puzzle piece. Her radiant energy brings a fun-loving vibe to every class, accompanied with great wisdom for all that Yoga is. It has been a true inspiration. Nicole’s guidance has made my practice more well rounded in the foundations of what Yoga can do for the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. This has allowed me to open and listen to the vision for my own self, as I have decided to enroll in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Everyone deserves to practice with someone like Nicole!
Much love to you!” Namaste,
~Erin Grace Gonzalez, Teacher

“It was so cool to practice with you, my first practice since surgery. In my journey through life I have met many people, as I know you have. Now and again we meet people who are doing what they should be doing. I met Al Pacino and worked with him for 4 months and it was obvious he should be an actor. It was always clear to me that my my mom should be a school teacher. You Nicole are doing what you should be doing. You are a Yoga teacher, leader, instructor, whatever you want to call it. You posses the voice, the practice, the compassion and the energy to share Yoga. It’s a blessing to be in the room when you are teaching. It always has been but even more now that you have enriched your own practice and understanding of this ancient discipline. Truly, the light in me sees the light in you. Love and gratitude!”
~James Ted Harvey, Actor
“I had to write to thank you for such an amazing class yesterday. I quickly got into my “yoga space”, where it becomes flowing meditation. Sometimes it takes me until halfway into class, yet yesterday I was in that state within minutes. Something clicked with your method, or voice, or presence. Anyhow, I will be back tomorrow morning.”
~Adam M. Lewis
“I need it right now…. your class and your singing sure help a LOT! Thank you for your presence in the world.
We are lucky.”

I have to say that adding yoga to my routine has definitely improved my quality of life, added balance, and equally as important, it certainly has been fun for me. I have to thank Nicole for introducing me to this wonderful practice.
Nicole is such a friendly, energetic, genuine and open person that she makes you feel at ease instantly. She brings an enormous amount of positive energy to the equation and will certainly challenge you. Nicole’s dedication to her practice and her clients is inspiring. Her approach of providing the proper fundamentals and form from the beginning was really beneficial for me.
Nicole will customize a practice to meet your goals and skill level, while providing the privacy and convenience desired. She is also always on time! I used Skype when in person sessions were not an option. The skype sessions proved to be just as instructive and kept me going on the mat which provided the continuity I needed for my practice.
