Chakra Systems – Path of Empowerment
I’ve always been fascinated by the Chakra systems in the body and what they mean, especially as I get more embodied with the science of Yoga. As I awaken my physical body and my subtle and spiritual bodies, I’m realizing their grand importance.
Below is a well expressed description of the importance of the Chakra system as outlined in the Path of Empowerment.
The seven chakras in the physical body correspond to the glands of the endocrine system, which direct a grand internal pharmacopoeia of enzymes, hormones, and intricate chemical intelligence that, along with the nervous system, assists in managing the body’s numerous functions. Each chakra serves as an intelligence center for processing cosmic energy into the world of physical matter, and can be pictured as a spinning kaleidoscope of color, light, symbols and sound.
Life lessons are played out in relationship to a specific area of focus and development affiliated with each energy center. If your chakras are open, cosmic energy will flow in and out of your body assisting you in maintaining mental clarity, emotional balance, physical health, and spiritual renewal.
No commentsFear contracts the centers, while breath, beauty, love and laughter expand them. Opening your chakras is like giving your home an internal spring cleaning. Running energy through the body will bring up the hidden issues that control your life, and even though encountering these deep internal beliefs can be challenging, its is also very liberating to release what is holding you back. Opening your chakras and allowing cosmic energies, filled with information and knowledge to flow through your body like a fresh cool stream of crystal clear water, bubbling with the vitality of life, will ultimately refresh your spirit and empower your life.
The more we give, the more we receive!
The holidays are rapidly approaching, a fantastic time to start really focusing on what we’re thankful for. I’ve been really called lately to understanding at a deep level that the more we give, the more we receive.
We are all connected as one mass consciousness in Divine Love and the more we realize how interconnected we are, it just wouldn’t make sense to not treat everyone that we encounter with the utmost respect, the best of intentions and to give gratitude each and every day for our fellow friends and family.
I’ve been reminded through the teachings of Abraham Hicks recently, that when times get tough instead of blaming the world, look inside and see where the turmoil is coming from and and if the answer doesn’t come right away, sit in full gratitude and use tools that these teachings provide and in less than 15 minutes you can change your entire perspective! It’s miraculous.
Take a moment and give GRATITUDE and start with you!
