Yoga with Les Leventhal!
We are huge fans of Les Leventhal (YogaTree SF). We just came across his podcast, Wanderlust 2009 Hips & Twists on iTunes. Yoga instructor, Nicole Doherty, was able to attend this class at the Wanderlust Festival (front row in the green shirt) and found it to be a thoroughly enjoyable and energetic Vinyasa flow class and was excited that it was recorded so she could take it again. Although the recording is a little rough, we recommend this 2 hour experience!

1 commentBuddhalicious is delicious!

With a name like Buddhalicious, you can’t go wrong! We’ve been wearing these designs since pre-launch and they are made of blissfully soft cottons just like the website says! Rich vibrant colors, flattering lines and super comfy. Buddhalicious makes everything locally (based in SF) and sweat-shop-free! You will find in select Yoga studios around the Bay such as YogaWorks and Cocoon Urban Day Spa.
No commentsBeautiful, new Yoga studio opens in SF! Meet AstaYoga.

There are many amazing Yoga studios in San Francisco. In fact, from what we understand there are close to 150 Yoga studios in SF proper alone! But there are very few that specialize in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow! Meet AstaYoga, a beautiful, new studio in the Mission district offering a full schedule of classes with very experienced Ashtanga teachers.
One of their most popular teachers, Reed Taylor, teaches MethodYoga classes, workshops and trainings to lead students to an advanced Yoga practice. This unique system unites the most effective training disciplines: interval athletic training, Pilates, Yoga and Circus Arts.
The AstaYoga website is still being fully developed, but they do have a full Mind|Body Online class schedule, Facebook and Twitter pages: AstaYoga.net
Here are some Yelp reviews too!
